Deputed a dedicated team of Relationship Manager, HR Coordinator , Sourcers and Recruiters for End-to-End recruitment process including offer negotiation till onboarding.

We Initiated the project with a Compensation Benchmarking Exercise, where we mapped 5 Leading Banking Captives in the Bengaluru market for Enterprise Supplier Risk, Demand Management, Technology Risk & Operational Risk.
