Manish Singh, Director
Manish spearheads Mancer Consulting's foray in conventional industry hiring.
Prior to joining Mancer Consulting, Manish was heading Human Resources for Kajima-Daewoo JV for their upcoming hydro electric power projects in India and helped them to set-up their HR practices for India. Manish has also worked with companies like Elbee-UPS, Jaiprakash Associates and Daewoo before starting his career at Mancer Consulting.
Manish holds a Master's in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with over 10 years of experience in various aspects of Human Resources Management including general HR, IR, recruitment, selection & retention, training & development, performance management.
Satya D Sinha, Director
Satya is responsible for strategic initiatives and business development at Mancer Consulting.
He is involved in Relationship management, strategic partnerships, Team mentoring and overall growth of ITES and BFSI division of Mancer Consulting. Within a short span of time, he has established strong relationships with his clients and bagged various awards, including “Best Consultant at Genpact”
A Management Graduate from Delhi University with over 9 years of experience in talent acquisition, research and business development, he headed the Business Development for USA Technologies Group in India prior to joining Mancer Consulting. He established a very high caliber sales team to develop business across India.
Gyanendra Singh, Director
Gyanendra drives the IT & Telecom practice at Mancer Consulting.
He has been the driving force behind Mancer Consulting's success in Telecom & Embedded domain. With profound knowledge in the domain, Gyanendra guides his team in strategizing the recruitment process for mission critical requirements. His credentials have enabled him develop long-term relationships in the industry.
Prior to joining Mancer Consulting, he was leading IT recruitments with one of the well known search & selection companies in New Delhi. Gyanendra holds a Masters in Human Resources and is a Post Graduate in Computer Applications. He has over 8 years of experience in IT & Telecom recruitment.
